- USDA Watershed and Flood Prevention Operations (-$12 million for technical assistance),
- DOJ State and Local Law Enforcement Assistance (-$185 million for earmarked discretionary grants),
- DOJ Juvenile Justice Programs (-$91 million for earmarks),
- DOJ Community Oriented Policing Services (-$25 million for technology and interoperable communication and -$169 million for earmarks),
- DOI Historic Preservation Fund (-$25 million for Save America’s Treasures),
- EPA State and Tribal Assistance Grants ( -$162 million for various special projects and technical corrections, and -$10 million for associated program costs and for Clean Air Act Section 103 grants),
- USDA State and Private Forestry (-$6.45 million),
- DOL Career Pathways Innovation Fund (-$125 million), DOL Community Service Employment for Older Americans (-$225 million in funds available for June 30, 2011 through December 31, 2011),
- HHS State Health Access Grants (-$75 million), and
- HUD Brownfields Redevelopment (-$17.5 million).
The $6 billion in cuts would bring the total amount of cuts to federal spending in FY 2011 to $10 billion.
