The Rural Innovation Fund Notice is now available on grants.gov. Last month on the Financing Community Change blog, we introduced HUD's Rural Innovation Fund, which will support ground-breaking approaches to revitalizing rural areas.The fund seeks applicants with a demonstrated capacity to undertake projects that address both concentrated rural housing distress and community poverty. Applications are due February 23, 2011.
